The Shippon at Park View is a modern, character cottage. It's warm and inviting atmosphere is best captured in its large living room where wood floors and beams are combined with stylish furnishings. The living room has two comfy sofas and an armchair and is the ideal place to unwind. The living room also features a wall-mounted smart TV and a playstation.
The large, bright and well equipped kitchen has everything you will need to enjoy a self-catering holiday in North Devon, including, a fridge/freezer, an electric cooker, an induction hob, a coffee machine and a dishwasher. A washing machine is also fitted and can be found with other cleaning essentials in the hallway cupboard near the front door.
Meals for all the family can be enjoyed at the large dining table, which comfortably seats 4-6 guests.
From the kitchen there is direct access to the courtyard.
With views of the courtyard the Master Bedroom is the perfect place to get a good night's sleep. The large king-size bed is central to the bedroom, which also has a fitted wardrobe, a wall-mounted TV and a dressing table.

The enclosed courtyard at The Shippon is a hidden gem. Accessed either via the car parking area or the kitchen, the paved courtyard is wonderfully private and comes with its own outside lighting.
The hot tub is located under its own roof meaning it can be used in all weathers, there is also a comfy armchair for relaxing and a table seating four for alfresco dinners or summer evening BBQs.
